As I’m writing this post, I’m thinking to myself, “Self … how the eff is Thanksgiving next week already? I feel like we were JUST celebrating the 4th of July only a few weeks ago!!”
I don’t know about you, but for me (and mainly due to the ongoing pandemic), time seems to feel like it’s been both dragging on endlessly and speeding up at the same time. It’s such a bizarre feeling and one I’m pretty sure I’ve never felt before.
Have you been feeling like this too?
Anyway, since Thanksgiving is quickly approaching as well as the fact I’ve also been pinning inspiration for our new fixer-upper’s renovation, my mind has been on dining room design lately.
As much as I love our kitchen, my favorite room in our farmhouse is definitely our dining room. It’s surrounded by windows so natural light just pours in and we’re also treated with beautiful views of our wooded front yard.
And actually, I’m writing this post while sitting at our West Elm reclaimed wood dining table we’ve had for almost 10 years now that I NEVER EVER want to get rid of. This room is full of personality and I’m going to be really sad to leave it once we move to Mount Dora. Onward and upwards I guess … 🙂
To celebrate my favorite room of the house, I Pinned 10 gorgeous dining rooms brimming with personality this week. Come check ’em out!
