12 Stylish Gifts for the Gamer

As of today, there are only 40 shopping days left until Christmas.  That’s right – 40 DAYS!!  Are you kinda feeling like you wanna throw up from holiday stress right now?

For the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some gift guides to help free up your valuable time by doing the shopping for you so you can enjoy the holiday season and JUST BE.

This week’s gift guide is targeted toward fun, old-school Gamers.

Last week’s Gift Guide was dedicated to my fave category:  The Homebody.

THE OG, NO-TECH GAMER

We all know that certain someone that really enjoys hosting Game Nights at their home once a month (or once a week if they’re a total lunatic fanatic).  They LIVE for the camaraderie with their friends and the adrenaline rush that comes from winning and shamelessly rubbing their victory in their guests’ faces.

I envy them because I only wish I had that kind of dedication to host small parties with that kind of frequency.  But when I start to remind myself about all the prep/cleanup time that goes into hosting, I’m just like “Meh – hard pass. What’s on Netflix tonight?”

So this week’s Gift Guide is dedicated to that special person that gets a natural high from playing games that bring friends and family together for actual face-to-face time – no tiny screens required.

1. Hand-carved Chess Pieces – $92 |2. Tabletop Air Hockey – $34  | 3. World’s Smallest Uno Card Game – $6
4. Weird Things Humans Search For Game – $25   | 5. Birch Boxed Domino Set – $68   | 6. Classic Jacks – $16
7. Melissa & Doug Suspend Game – $15 | 8. Lucite Tic-Tac-Toe Game – $60 | 9. Movie Geek Trivia Game – $25
10. Yatzy Set – $22 | 11. Travel Scrabble Game – $50 |  12. Wooden Bowling Set – $84

I gotta say, I’m SUPER intrigued by the Weird Things Humans Search For game.  The game is inspired by all the weird crap people search for on the Internet that make you go “WTF?” when Google suggests popular searches after only typing in 2 words into the search bar.

So could you see gifting any of these things to The OG Gamer in your life?  What would you add to this list? I’m always looking for awesome gift ideas, so feel free to shout ’em out!

Thank you so much for following my blog and for letting me help you create your own lived-in, loved-in spaces!
