Now that summer is quickly approaching, I know that many of you are probably looking for ways to freshen up your front porches or amp up your homeโs curb appeal.
Sprucing up either (or both) of these areas is especially important if youโre going to be putting your home on the market soon.ย Millennials are dominating the real estate market right now and two of their top โmust haveโ items on their home-buying wish lists are outdoor living spaces and curb appeal.
So with this in mind, I came across the adorable front porch in the photo above on HGTV.comย and thought it would be fun to design a similar look to fit a budget of $500.
